• Two Colour: Numbering 2" $2.00, 4" $3.00, 6" $4.00, 8" $6.00, 10" $8.00, 4" + 6" $7.00
• Individual Player's Name: $6.00 Individual player's name will be in 2-3" x 13" long (Maximum)  and one colour only 
• Team Name: $3.00 for one colour, $6.00 for 2 colours
